The Service to Celebrate the Life of Belinda Veronica Clements of Northam, formerly Canberra, will be held at 1.30pm FRIDAY (26.3.21) at the Northam Recreation Centre, followed by a Burial at the Northam Cemetery. Family request any floral tributes be just a single flower to place on Belinda’s grave.
